These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.boknutra.com (the “Website”) and the customer portal operated by BOKNUTRA Biosciences Co., Ltd. (“BOKNUTRA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Business use only
The Website is intended for businesses looking for OEM/ODM and private-label manufacturing of dietary supplements and animal and pet nutrition products. It is not a consumer shop, and nothing on it is medical advice.
3. Information on the Website
Product formats, reference formulas, specifications and other content are general information. They are not an offer. Final formulas, specifications, prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are only binding when set out in a written quotation or contract signed by both parties.
4. Quotes, orders and contracts
A quote request or inquiry does not create a contract. Each order is governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or manufacturing agreement agreed for that order. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents take priority.
5. Customer portal accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away at info@boknutra.com if you think it has been misused.
- Member points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the rules shown in the portal. We may change or end the points program with reasonable notice.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
6. Your files and confidential information
You keep ownership of formulas, artwork, brand assets and other files you send us. You confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only to evaluate and fulfil your project and keep them confidential. A separate NDA, where signed, also applies.
7. Regulatory responsibility
You are responsible for making sure your finished products, labels, claims and marketing meet the laws of the countries where you sell them, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We can provide documentation and certificates as agreed in your order.
8. Intellectual property
The Website content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to BOKNUTRA or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use our content or trademarks for any other purpose without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, uploading malware, sending spam through our forms, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
10. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google and translation tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
The Website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BOKNUTRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from use of the Website. Liability for products we manufacture is governed by the contract for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if not resolved, submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over BOKNUTRA’s registered location, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
